摘要: The invention relates to a method for production of a surface-structured substrate, comprising the steps: (i) production of a first substrate, nanostructured with inorganic nanoclusters on at least one surface, (ii) application of a substrate material for a second substrate, different from the first material to the nanostructured surface of the first substrate as obtained in step (i) and (iii) separation of the first substrate from the second substrate of step (ii), including the inorganic nanoclusters to give a second substrate nanostructured with the nanoclusters. The invention further relates to a surface-structured substrate obtained by said method and the use of the surface-structured substrate for application to a stent or implant material for the adhesion of cells, viruses and/or bacteria and the serum-free culture of cells, for example, for skin replacement and, furthermore, all applications of said substrate in which biological systems can be imitated, modified, examined or quantified by the structured application of biologically-active molecules and the application thereof in optical or electronic components and chemical and biological sensor systems..
