The heat exchange device includes a second heat exchanger 5 configured to allow heat exchange between water and refrigerant, a pulse generation unit disposed on a water pipe 13 for water flowing into the second heat exchanger 5 and configured to generate pulsing of water flowing through the water pipe 13, and a control unit 16 configured to control the pulse generation unit. The control unit 16 is configured to control the pulse generation unit at a target flow ratio based on a maximum allowable flow speed.

    摘要: In a heating device (1002), a scale trapping unit (109) that accommodates an attaching body (7) with superior affinity for scale particles is set in a water circuit (400) including a heat exchanger (108), and the scale particles contained in heated water flowing out from the heat exchanger (108) are caused to attach to the attaching body (7). The attaching body (7) is kept at a high temperature so that the scale particles do not only attach to the surface of the attaching body but also form crystals on the surface of the attaching body. Namely, not only scale particles with a large particle size and large sedimentary properties but also fine scale particles with small sedimentary properties are trapped. During a period where heating is not carried out, tap water is fed from a tap water feed pipe (111) to the scale trapping unit (109) in order to peel the trapped scale from the attaching body (7). The peeled scale is discharged from the water circuit (400) through a scale discharge pipe (112). The trapping ability of the attaching body (7) is thus maintained for a long period of time.

A distribution control unit (101) pulsates the to-be heated liquid that passes through the liquid to-be-heated flow channel (31) of the heat exchanger (31), and also controls a flow rate of the liquid to-be-heated which passes through the liquid to-be-heated flow channel (31) so that the number of times of circulation indicating the number of times at which the entire volume of the liquid to-be-heated stored in the tank (1) passes through the heat exchanger (3) is three times or less. The number of times of circulation is determined, based on the entire volume of the liquid to-be-heated stored in the tank (1), a boiling time to be taken for the entire volume of the liquid to-be-heated in the tank (1) to reach a predetermined temperature, and the flow rate of the liquid to-be-heated which passes through the liquid to-be-heated flow channel (31).
