The crosslinkable rubber composition of the invention is crosslinkable by hot air, and a hot-air crosslinked rubber sheet thereof has no scratch on the surface in a hardness test using a pencil of HB and has a compression set of not more than 70 % after a heat treatment at 150°C for 22 hours. The rubber composition comprises an ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated polyene random copolymer rubber comprising a specific vinyl end group-containing norbornene compound, a SiH group-containing compound having at least two SiH groups in one molecule, and if necessary, an addition reaction catalyst comprising a platinum group element and a reaction inhibitor. The automobile weatherstrip, hose, rubber vibration insulator, belt, sealing material, expanded product, covered electric wire, electric wire joint, electric insulating part and household rubber product according to the invention comprise the above-mentioned rubber composition. The rubber composition has a high crosslinking rate and excellent productivity to produce crosslinked rubber molded products, is capable of undergoing hot-air crosslinking such as HAV or UHF and is capable of providing crosslinked rubber molded products having excellent compression set resistance, strength properties, heat resistance, weathering resistance and abrasion resistance.

The present invention relates to an ethylene-α-olefin-non-conjugated polyene copolymer rubber comprising ethylene, an α-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms and a non-conjugated polyene, characterized in that:

Disclosed is a vulcanized molded product having a surface decorative layer, comprising a vulcanized product of an unsaturated olefin copolymer (A) and a decorative layer provided on a surface of the vulcanized product, or comprising a vulcanized product of an olefin elastomer composition and a decorative layer provided on a surface of the vulcanized product, said olefin elastomer composition comprising an unsaturated olefin copolymer (A) and an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber (E). The unsaturated olefin copolymer (A) is obtained from (i) ethylene, (ii) an aromatic vinyl compound, (iii) a non-conjugated polyene, and optionally, (iv) an α-olefin of 3 to 20 carbon atoms. Since the vulcanized molded product having a surface layer has excellent adhesion properties between the molded product and the surface decorative layer and shows excellent mechanical strength, it can be widely used for automotive industrial parts and building materials. Also disclosed is a coated molded product of a thermoplastic resin composition, comprising a molded product of a thermoplastic resin composition and a coating film formed on the molded product, said thermoplastic resin composition comprising an ethylene/aromatic vinyl compound random copolymer and another thermoplastic resin. Further disclosed is a coated molded product of an elastomer composition, comprising a molded product of an elastomer composition and a coating film formed on the molded product, said elastomer composition comprising an ethylene/aromatic vinyl compound random copolymer and an elastomer. Since the coated molded products have excellent adhesion properties between the molded product and the coating film, they can be widely used for industrial materials and medical appliances which need to have coating films.
