摘要： A combine harvester includes an additional separating unit (8) interposed between the thresher unit (4) and the shaker unit (9). The additional separating unit (8) comprises a separating roller (10) which rotates about an axis transverse the length of the machine and a concave separator grid (11) surrounding the lower portion of the separating roller (10). The separator grid (11) of the additional separating unit (8) is mounted on the structure of the machine for movement between its operative position beneath the separating roller (10) and an inoperative position above the roller, in which the additional separating unit (8) is deactivated.
