摘要: An oil jet (45) is provided for each cylinder at a lower part of a cylinder block (5). The oil jet (45) has a first injection nozzle (46) that injects lubricating oil toward a back side of a positon (2) during opening of a pressure control valve (51A) and a second injection nozzle (47) that injects lubricating oil toward a connection part between a lower link (7) and a control link (9) during opening of a pressure control valve (51B). By this configuration, it is possible to continuously supply the lubricating oil to the connection part between the lower link (7) and the control link (9).

摘要: In a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine wherein a crankthrow is shortened by the use of a multi-link mechanism, a stress concentration caused by a torsional torque in the vicinity of a pin-side opening (21) of an oil passage (20), which is open at the outer peripheral surface of a crankpin, is alleviated. The crankthrow from the axis of a main journal (2) to the axis of the crankpin (3) is set shorter than one-half of a piston stroke. The oil passage (20) is formed to supply lubricating oil to a bearing portion of the crankpin (3). The pin-side opening (21) of the oil passage (20), which is open at the outer peripheral surface of the crankpin (3), is formed in ranges other than angular ranges of 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° with respect to a reference line (X1) extending from the axis of the main journal (2) toward the axis of the crankpin (3) in a decentering direction (X) of the crankpin.

摘要: A lower link (6) is provided with an oil hole (30) in a crank pin bearing portion (11) in order to supply a jet of oil to a connecting portion between an upper pin (4) and an upper link (3). Oil hole (30) is composed of a first oil hole (31) linearly extending from the inner peripheral surface of crank pin bearing portion (11) outwardly in the radial direction, and a second oil hole (32) linearly extending from the outer surface of lower link (6) so as to intersect a distal end portion of first oil hole (31). An inclination angle (θ) of first oil hole (31) with a divided surface (14) set as a reference becomes relatively small, and hence the position of an oil inlet (31 b) involving a problem of stress concentration becomes closer to divided surface (14) exhibiting a relatively low stress. Consequently, the stress concentration at oil inlet (31b) is alleviated.

The bifurcated one end side protruding piece portion sandwiches the other end of an upper link (8). The bifurcated other end side protruding piece portion sandwiches the other end of a control link 9. A thickness of a central portion (12a) of the crank pin bearing portion (12) in a crank shaft axis direction is larger at a portion positioned on the one end side of the lower link (7) than at a portion positioned on the other end side of lower link (7). A thickness of a control link other end portion (32) is larger than a thickness of an upper link other end portion (24).
