An object of the present invention is to provide an HNBR composition and an HNBR crosslinked body excellent in abrasion resistance and pressure resistance. The object is achieved by an HNBR composition containing 3 to 20 parts by weight of carbon fibers or wollastonite as a hard filler per 100 parts by weight of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber and containing 72 to 87 parts by weight of a carbon black having an average particle diameter of 40 to 50 nm, an iodine adsorption of 35 to 49 g/kg, and a DBP oil absorption of 100 to 160 ml/100 g, as well as an HNBR crosslinked body acquired by crosslinking the HNBR composition.

A method includes: conducting a process for molding an elastomeric cylindrical molded body (100a) that is provided with a plurality of cylindrical surface portions (130) and a plurality of annular outer peripheral convex portions (110) arranged alternately on an outer peripheral side thereof, further provided with a plurality of cylindrical surface portions and a plurality of annular inner peripheral convex portions arranged alternately on an inner peripheral side thereof, and the cylindrical surface portions on the outer peripheral side and the cylindrical surface portions on the inner peripheral side, as well as the outer peripheral convex portions and the inner peripheral convex portions are provided so as to be at the same positions in the axial direction; and conducting a process for conducting a parting operation to the molded body (100a) along the individual cylindrical surface portions (130) on the outer peripheral side.
