摘要: According to a production method of a rubber composition for tire of the present invention comprising a rubber component (A) comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of a natural rubber and a synthetic diene rubber, a filler, a coupling agent (D) represented by the following chemical formula (1), and a vulcanizing agent (E) comprising a vulcanizer and a vulcanization accelerator, the method comprising: (step X1) a step X1 of kneading all amount of A, a part of the filler and a part of D, (step X2) a step X2 of kneading the kneaded product of step X1, the remaining amount of the filler and D, and (step F) a step F of kneading the kneaded product of step X2 and E, it is possible to produce a rubber composition for tire in which fuel efficiency and abrasion resistance are improved in a good balance. Chemical formula (1): (C p H 2p+1 O) 3 -Si-(CH 2 ) q -S-CO-C k H 2k+1 In the chemical formula (1), p represents an integer of 1 to 3, q represents an integer of 1 to 5, and k represents an integer of 5 to 12.

The invention is characterized in that the tread comprises a rubber composition based on at least one synthetic elastomer having a major proportion by weight, this synthetic elastomer comprising at least one styrene-butadiene copolymer (SBR), the SBR having a content of greater than or equal to 20 parts per hundred of elastomer, phr, a reinforcing filler primarily comprising carbon black. The invention is characterized in that the composition comprises an aromatic dicyclopentadiene plasticizing resin substantially comprising styrene, ethylene and dicyclopentadiene units, with a content ranging from 2 to 40 phr, the composition containing less phr of another plasticizer.

摘要: The present invention provides a rubber composition and an anti-vibration rubber composition both comprising: a rubber component containing at least a natural rubber and a high-cis isoprene rubber having a content of cis-1,4 bond of 95% by mass or more; a carbon black having an iodine adsorption number of 35 mg/g or less and a DBP adsorption number of 75 ml/100 g or less; a silica having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (the BET method) of 80 m 2 /g or more and less than 240 m 2 /g; and a compound represented by the following general formula (1), (wherein m and n each independently represent an integer of 1 or more), and an anti-vibration rubber obtained by curing the rubber composition. The rubber composition and the anti-vibration rubber composition have a low dynamic magnification, are excellent in fatigue property and can retain scorch resistance (work stability).

摘要: Provide are a rubber composition for tire which is excellent in a wet grip performance and abrasion resistance and which has small rolling resistance and a low fuel consumption, and a tire prepared by using the above rubber composition. The rubber composition is prepared by compounding 100 parts by mass of a rubber component comprising a styrene-butadiene rubber or a styrene-butadiene rubber and a butadiene rubber with 2 to 200 parts by mass of carbon black as a reinforcing filler, wherein the carbon black has at least a hydrogen release rate of 0.2 % by mass or more and/or a ratio N 2 SA/CTAB of 1.2 to 1.5 in which N 2 SA is a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area and CTAB is a cetyltrimethylammonium bromide adsorption specific surface area, and has a N 2 SA of 160 to 300 m 2 /g.

摘要: A composition and a method are provided for graphene reinforced polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Graphene nanoplatelets comprising a suitable initial surface area are added to a solvent for producing PET. In some embodiments, the solvent comprises ethylene glycol. The solvent and graphene nanoplatelets are sonicated to disperse the nanoplatelets within the solvent. The solvent and graphene nanoplatelets are centrifuged to remove nanoplatelet agglomerates within the solvent. A supernatant solution of dispersed graphene nanoplatelets and solvent is decanted and then used for in-situ polymerization of the graphene reinforced PET comprising a continuous matrix of PET with a dispersed graphene reinforcement phase. The graphene reinforcements comprise a minimal number of layers of two-dimensional mono-atomic carbon sheets. In some embodiments, the number of layers ranges between 1 layer and 7 layers. The graphene reinforced PET preferably comprises a concentration of graphene nanoplatelets being less than substantially 2% weight fraction of the graphene reinforced PET.

摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article produced therefrom. The thermoplastic resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin and 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of zinc oxide. The zinc oxide has a peak intensity ratio (B/A) of 0.01 to less than 0.1, where A indicates a peak in the wavelength range of 370 nm to 390 nm and B indicates a peak in the wavelength range of 450 nm to 600 nm in photoluminescence measurement. The thermoplastic resin composition exhibits good properties in terms of deodorization, impact resistance, and the like.
