摘要： The present invention relates to a cyclic plasmid pf approximately 51.5 kb, which is isolated from an oxetanocin-producing strain Bacillus megaterium NK84-0218 and cleaved not with a restriction enzyme NotI, XhoI or SmaI but with a restriction enzyme PstI to thereby give DNA fragments of 25 kb, 11 kb, 9.5 kb and 6.0 kb.
