[Solution] The roll electrode comprises a core 10 that extends in the axial direction and has an outer circumference that is substantially circular; an electrode 20 that has an expansion coefficient lower than that of the core and is wound into a roll shape on the outer circumference of the core; a fixing part 30 for fixing an end portion 21 from which the electrode starts being wound around the core; and a regulating part 40 for regulating the axial movement of the electrode wound into the roll shape with respect to the core.
