    摘要： An electric shaver 1 includes an outer blade 8 having blade holes 31 defined by a frame 33, and an inner blade 13 provided inside the outer blade 8 to move relative to the outer blade 8 and cut body hair 39 inserted into the blade holes 31. Circumferences of the blade holes of the frame 33 are bent toward the inner blade 13 so as to provide hair lifting portions 35 having rounded portions 33R in the frame 33, and the frame 33 provided with the hair lifting portions 35 is located closer to a skin 37 than to a surface 50 of the inner blade 13 on a skin side.
