摘要: A sprayer system (10) has a first liquid line (160) and a second liquid line (170), both in fluid communication a row. In an embodiment, the row has a first pulse width modulated (PWM) valve (191) in fluid communication with the first liquid line (160) and a second PWM (191) in fluid communication with the second liquid line (170). The PWM valves may both be connected to same nozzle (195) or they may be connected to separate nozzles. The PWM valves may be arranged in a common housing. In an alternative embodiment, each row has a three-way valve (193) in fluid communication with the first and second liquid lines (160, 170). The three-way valve (193) is in fluid communication with a PWM valve (191), which is in fluid communication with a nozzle (195). The sprayer system can be used to apply one chemical to an entire field through the first liquid line and selectively apply an additional chemical to individual locations in the field through the second liquid line.

The pivot axis (A-44) may descend at an angle toward said forward direction of travel.

摘要: A method of transferring weight between a tractor and an agricultural toolbar is provided. The method comprises determining a net toolbar ground force acting on a plurality of toolbar wheels supporting a toolbar. The method further comprises determining an estimated tractor weight carried by the rear tractor wheels of a tractor based on a user input. The method also comprises determining an estimated tractor weight transfer amount transferred between said tractor and said toolbar based on a pressure in an actuator configured to transfer weight between said tractor and said toolbar. A further step is provided of calculating a net tractor ground force by adding said tractor weight transfer amount to said estimated tractor weight. The method further comprises comparing said net tractor ground force to said net toolbar ground force. A further step of modifying a pressure in said actuator so that said net toolbar ground force more closely approximates said net tractor ground force is provided.
