摘要: The invention relates to a system and a method for extracting purified biological materials, comprising a receiving unit with receiving containers, said receiving containers being accessible from above, a matrix unit with a holder in which matrix containers are arranged, and a sealing unit which can be placed on the receiving unit in order to seal the receiving containers. The invention also relates to a system comprising the above elements and in addition, a decomposition unit and a waste unit, and to a novel sealing device. Said sealing device is suitable for sealing containers in which there is an excess pressure.
