The invention relates to a phantom (2) intended for use in quality control of tomographic images, comprising a cylindrical plate (4) produced from a homogeneous material having a density d1, two cylinders (6) inserted in the plate, the cylinders being produced from homogeneous materials having different densities d2 and d3, the density of one of the cylinders being greater than the density d1 of the plate and the density of the other cylinder being less than the density d1 of the plate, and a first series of pairs of holes (10 i to 10 n ) of different diameters drilled in the plate, an axis of the holes of the first series being orientated axially with respect to an axis of rotation of the plate and the holes of a given pair being spaced apart by a distance equal to the diameter of said holes.

Method for manufacturing a control blade for calibrating a non-destructive tomographic inspection of actual blades that are similar in terms of shape and size. The method consists in producing a three-dimensional blank (10) from resin, creating housings (12, 14) in the thickness of this blank at predetermined locations, and introducing into each of the housings a cylinder (22, 24) comprising an artificial or actual defect in order to obtain the control blade.
