    摘要: For input image data ('A') before conversion, each pixel is converted into N (=3) parts. In this case, the three sub-pixels of data corresponding to a recording pixel (black pixel) are converted into recording sub-pixels on both sides of the three ('B'). This eliminates the density variation within a single pixel. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the dot spacing at slanted area, for example, and hence eliminate jaggies, providing a reproduced image easily recognized.

    摘要: A digital VTR using Automatic Track Finding (ATF) of a four frequency pilot signal system, employing a multiple segment recording system for high density recording and wide band recording. In a recording mode, a segment code signal is recorded on each track in response to a frame synchronizing signal. In a reproduction mode, the phase difference between the reproduced segment code signal and the frame synchronizing signal is detected by phase comparing circuit 26. The rotation speed of capstan motor 29 is controlled so that the phase relation of one signal in the reproduction mode becomes the same as that in the recording mode. As a result, it is possible to reproduce a stable video in the VTR using the segment recording system.

    摘要: An improved jitter detecting method and an appara­tus thereof, for detecting a jitter generated in a repro­duced video signal of a VTR or video disc wherein a frequency-modulated carrier of a video signal is recorded by synchronizing the leading edge of a sync signal with the phase of the forefront carrier of a constant frequency carrier train corresponding to a sync tip for every horizontal period at the time of a frequency-modulation, and from the reproduced frequency-modulated carrier the phase-reset constant frequency carrier train is abstracted as a reference burst signal, thereby to be capable of removing a time-base error by detecting a specifie zero-crossing timing of the abtracted carrier burst through a bandpass filter based on the tailing edge of a frequency-modulated sync signal at the reproduction.

    摘要: A novel laser printer is disclosed, in which heat generating parts are positively cooled while reducing the noise generated by a blowing mechanism. A rotor (43) of the motor for rotating a scanning mirror (29) of a scanning device (28) is surrounded by a cover (45). An air flow inlet port (46) and an air flow outlet port (47) are formed on the sides of the cover (45). The space in the proximity of the air flow inlet port (46) and the air flow outlet port (47) is divided by an air flow separation member (48). One longitudinal end of the air flow separation member (48) is close to the rotor (43) and the other longitudinal end and the lateral ends thereof are connected to the cover (45). The air flow separation member (48) partially divides the rotating air flow (51) generated around the rotor (43) in the proximity of the air flow outlet port (47), and generates the discharge air flow (53), which in turn is discharged out of the cover (45). A suction air flow (54) is introduced from the air flow inlet port (46) to the interior of the cover (45) which is now negative in pressure, in the form of the rotating air flow (51).
