    摘要: The proposed modular relay has a base (1) on which a relay system (2, 3, 4) is constructed, and a circuit board (6) which stands vertically on the base. Contact elements (41c, 42c, 43) of the relay are connected directly via conductors to flat plugs in the base. Additional conductors in the base likewise form flat plugs as connections for a modular circuit mounted on the circuit board. All the conductors on the base also form soldered connection pins (51b-56b), which are attached in one piece and project in a row on one side face of the base and are soldered to the circuit board in the lower edge region of the circuit board. This arrangement results in a compact modular construction for a relay with the greatest possible number of connection elements, the layout of these connection elements being variable to suit different modular circuits.

    摘要: A coil-bearing body (1) has in at least one of its flanges (3, 4) a plug-in channel parallel to the axis of the coil for inserting a fastening section (10) of a coil-coupling element (8). A winding piece (9) for each end of the winding is linked to the coil-coupling element and extends on the side of the flange (3) opposite to the winding area within a width of the coil body defined by the profile of the flange. In addition, an insertion channel (18) which leads the corresponding end of the winding from the winding piece to the winding area is incorporated in the flange, parallel to the insertion channel. This design allows the coil-coupling elements to be inserted gradually, thus relieving the stress on the ends of the winding and at the same time protecting the ends of the winding against damage.

    摘要: The load disconnecting switch is connected with a contact installation (14, 15, 36) between a pole terminal (4) and a main circuit (8). By means of a manually operated switch arm (45), the contact installation can be locked in the closed state, whereby the locking takes place by means of a ratchet (39). This ratchet (39) is, on the other hand, coupled with the armature (28) of an electro-magnetic system (26, 27). In this way, in the case of a dysfunction, the contact installation can be unlocked by means of the electro-magnetic system, and the circuit interrupted. With this disconnecting switch, the electrical system of a motor vehicle can, in the case of an accident or a short circuit, be connected quickly and without current, so as to reduce fire risk, or in the case of another dysfunction, to prevent discharging of the battery.
