    摘要: The invention concerns a power switch module designed to be fitted in the gas-fiiled units of gas-insulated switchgear and having a vacuum switch tube (7) connected to an actuator rod which can be moved in a straight line and which leads through a gas-tight bellow into the gas-fiiled unit. The power switch module includes, mounted symmetrically opposite each other on a partition plate (4), two insulating supports (1, 1') between which the corresponding vacuum switch tube (7) is mounted by means of a pole support (2) and a pole head unit (3). Power switch modules of this kind are suitable for use in gas-insulated switchgear (8DC).

    摘要: A unit-pole vacuum switch (1) has, for each vacuum switching tube (10), a pole operating unit (5) with a lever arrangement to change the direction of movement generated by a drive device (3). A casing (16) of the pole operating unit (5) contains two toggle levers (21, 22) of which one (21) is coupled to the pushrod (12) of the vacuum switching tube (10) and the other (22) to a supporting lever (25) which acts on a contact pressure spring (32) via a pull-rod (30). In the on position, the toggle levers (21, 22) are close to dead centre. An adjuster (40, 42) makes it possible to adjust the toggle levers (21, 22) in relation to the supporting lever (25).

    摘要: The invention concerns a power switch actuating arrangement having a latching device for releasing a first position of the power switch and transferring it to a second position. The release process can optionally be controlled mechanically or electrically. An actuator rod (BS) is provided with a probe (TK) which is smaller than half the cross-sectional dimension thereof and by means of which an unlocking lever (EH) is actuated or not actuated in two positions. A pressure switch (DS) can be controlled in both positions by a rocker (KH). Actuating devices of this type are used to control power switches in medium voltage switchgear.

    摘要: A vacuum switch has at least one vacuum switching tube (2) and a pole operating unit (5) at one end thereof. Each pole operating unit comprises a lever arrangement to transmit the operating movement generated by a drive device to the appropriate vacuum switching tube (2) and a contact pressure spring (16). There is also a contact surface (34) for an external conductor. The pole operating unit (5) has a U-shaped bearer (21) with elastically separable shanks (22) over which fits a connection device (6) which also has a U-shaped cross section. A counter-bearing (17) for the contact pressure spring (16) is secured between the shanks (22) after they have been separated. Instead of taking the form of a stamped and swaged component, the connection device (6) may also be a cast metal member (53) fitted with cooling fins.

    摘要: The invention relates to a novel vacuum interrupter. The aim of the invention is for said interrupter to perform the functions switching , disconnection and earthing and to be economically producible. Said aim is achieved by means of a first contact system (22) produced with radial- or axial-magnetic field contacts (21, 23), the movable contact of which (21) is connected to the movable contact (26, 27) of a second contact system (25), comprising annular discs (16, 27). The stationary contact (13) of the second contact system forms an annular part of the housing (10) to which two tubular insulators (11, 12) are connected. One (11) of the insulators encloses both contact systems (22, 25) and is protected by a screen (31) fixed to the movable contact piece (21, 26), which separates the plasma physics of the both contact systems.

    摘要: The invention relates to a drive device for a switching tube with a fixed and movable contact part, said movable contact part being controlled by a plastic switch rod (SS) which remains substantially unstressed when the contact parts are connected or disconnected and the force of the contact spring (KF) when the contact parts are connected is approximately fully exerted on the movable contact part of the switching tube. The actuating lever and the pendulum lever are replaced by drive levers (AH, AH') having a triangular contour and which are fitted with a pivoting rotational bearing (SL...) in each corner area, said drive levers (AH...) being provided with a centrical pivoting bearing (SLm) for receiving the rotationally mounted contact spring (KF) and the centrical pivoting rotational bearing (SLm) between an upper pivoting rotational bearing (Slo) connected to the switch rod (SS) and a lower pivoting rotational bearing (SLu) connected to the drive (AT) of the moveable contact part and the contact spring (KF) is mounted on one side in a fixed spherical cap guide (KG). The contact pressure force for the drive (AT) of the movable contact part can be regulated by altering the active path length of the contact spring (KF). The active path length of the contact spring can be continuously adjusted by a regulating screw (RS) which is accessible from the outside.
