摘要： [TASK] To provide a mold forming apparatus capable of reliably causing a foamed mixture to appropriately fill a cavity of a forming mold by a simple configuration, and capable of achieving reduction in size. [MEANS OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM] The mold forming apparatus includes: a storage tank 1 that has in its bottom 1a a plurality of injection ports 10 capable of being opened and closed, and that stores a foamed mixture; a forming mold 2 that has a plurality of runners 20, corresponding to the injection ports 10, into which the foamed mixture is introduced through the injection ports 10 of the storage tank 1, and that has cavities 21 for forming the introduced foamed mixture into a mold in a predetermined shape; and pressing means 3 that is disposed so as to correspond to the forming mold 2 and that presses the foamed mixture stored in the storage tank 1 to inject the foamed mixture into the cavities 21 through the runners 20 of the forming mold 2, wherein a parting surface 22 of the forming mold 2 is formed parallel to a pressing direction P of the pressing means 3, and the runners 20 of the forming mold 2 are formed in the parting surface 22 and are tilted with respect to the pressing direction P of the pressing means 3 so as to spread apart from inlets 20a toward outlets 20b guided to the cavities.

摘要： A device for forming foamed kneaded material and a method for forming foamed kneaded material are obtained capable of filling a pattern forming space of a mold with foamed kneaded material in a well foamed condition. First, a supply device supplies a foamed kneaded material (a) into a cylinder (20) (first process). Then, in a state in which an internal space (22) of the cylinder (20) is communicated with a pattern forming space (14) of a mold (12), the piston (26) disposed in the cylinder (20) is moved toward the foamed kneaded material (a) side while opening a gas release hole (40A) formed piercing through the piston (26) (second process). Then, at a timing when the piston (26) has reached an expected position (X) where the piston (26) is expected to be on contacting the foamed kneaded material (a) supplied into the cylinder (20), the gas release hole (40A) is closed by an open-close plug (40B) (third process). Then, the foamed kneaded material (a) supplied into the cylinder (20) is pressed toward the pattern forming space (14) side of the mold (12) by moving the piston (26) toward the foamed kneaded material (a) side (fourth process).

摘要： There are provided a device and a method allowing that the surface of an admixture in a stirring tank pressed by a packing device is smoothed with a simple structure whereby a casting mold is precisely molded. A mold-making device includes a stirring device 3 that has a stirring tank 1 and stirring blades 2 and stirs a particulate aggregate and an additive(s) to yield an admixture M, a forming mold 4 that molds the admixture M into a predetermined shape, and a packing device 5 that compresses a surface of the admixture M within the stirring tank 1 and packs it into the forming mold 4. The stirring blades 2 are configured in a lattice pattern by a plurality of horizontal members 21 and a plurality of vertical members 22. A distal end of a rotating drive shaft 23 is bonded to the top edge of the stirring blades 2, and the rotating drive shaft 23 is configured so that it is not immersed into the admixture M. Scrapers 29 for smoothing out the surface of the admixture M are provided on the bottom of the stirring blades 2.
