摘要: A fluid pressure apparatus to which a plurality of machines are connected via a manifold and which is provided with a controller circuit including a memory that stores control steps. Each controller circuit operates control valves and sensor in accordance with an operation instruction from a sequencer to ascertain the control condition and judge the occurrence of a failure. Therefore, a high-degree control operation can be carried out without laying an overload on the sequencer.
