In order to reduce the risk of theft, lock means (9) are arranged for locking the operating handle (15) in an engaging position relative to the frame (1). The lock means (9) comprise a movable locking element (14) and a standardized lock cylinder (13) comprising a control cam (11) and having a blocking position. The control cam (11) is in movable engagement with the locking element (14) for displacing thereof between a position locking the operating handle (15) and a position releasing said handle and the control cam (11) places the locking element (14) into the locking position in the blocking position of the lock cylinder (13).
