摘要： Provided is a waterproof sheet such that an adhesive layer is formed on a substrate rubber layer and characterized by the substrate rubber layer comprising a silicone rubber having a JIS-A hardness of 15-90, a tensile strength of at least 3 MPa, an elongation of 100-800%, and a crescent tear strength of at least 3 kN/m. The waterproof sheet can be used without a long-term decrease in material properties, and is waterproof in the long-term. In particular, the present invention can be a waterproof sheet able to withstand long-term use by means of stipulating the material properties of the substrate rubber. By means of a method for applying waterproofing to an outdoor tank, it is possible to reliably waterproof the bottom side of the outdoor tank by means of a simple application method.

摘要： The present invention relates to a waterproofing method for an outdoor tank, the waterproofing method being characterized in that the boundary portion between the bottom of the outdoor tank installed on a foundation and the foundation is covered in a liquid tight manner by a waterproof sheet adhered so as to extend from the outdoor tank to the foundation. The present invention can provide a waterproofing method which is effective to prevent the entry of rain water into the boundary portions between the bottoms of outdoor tanks and the foundations, most of the outdoor tanks being large tanks mainly installed in oil refineries or the like. This waterproofing method for an outdoor tank can more reliably waterproof the bottom side of the outdoor tank using the simple method.

摘要： A waterproof sheet which is for application to a site to be waterproofed in order to prevent rainwater infiltration thereinto and retard deteriorations which proceed with time, the waterproof sheet comprising: a base layer that comprises a silicone rubber composition reinforced with reinforcing fibers and that has physical properties including high strength; and a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive layer that has been formed on one surface of the base layer and that has a low hardness and is highly tacky.
The waterproof sheet provided by the present invention less breaks than conventional waterproof sheets because of the reinforcement layer, and can conform to cracks or dislocations occurring in the surfaces to which the waterproof sheet has been applied, due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface. Since the waterproof sheet includes silicones as main components and is hence excellent in terms of weatherability, heat resistance, and freeze resistance, this waterproof sheet can retain the function required of waterproof sheets, over a longer period.-

摘要： A heat conductive sheet comprising a cured product layer of a heat conductive silicone composition on one or both surfaces of a glass cloth sealed using a cured product of a heat conductive resin composition. The heat conductive silicone composition includes an organic silicon compound component and an aspherical heat conductive filler. The amount of the heat conductive filler is 250 to 600 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the organic silicon compound component, and the heat conductive filler has a DOP oil absorption of not more than 80 ml/100 g. The heat conductive sheet can be continuously manufactured by coating molding and wound into a roll even with the use of an inexpensive aspherical heat conductive filler, and has high heat conductivity, low thermal contact resistance, and high insulating properties.

摘要： A waterproof sheet which comprises a base layer constituted of a silicone rubber and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer superposed thereon and which is for use in preventing the infiltration of rainwater, etc., characterized in that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is constituted of a cured object of an addition reaction type curable silicone composition in which the theoretical amount of crosslinks is 0.005-0.01 mol/g and the ratio of the amount of SiH groups to the amount of alkenyl groups, SiH/alkenyl, is 0.5-1.1 by mole and which, when cured, has a hardness as measured with a CSR-2 type hardness meter of 3-20. This waterproof sheet can be used over a long period without decreasing in physical property, and has waterproofing properties over a long period. In particular, by delimiting the hardness and adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the waterproof sheet can be made to withstand long-term use. The waterproof sheet exhibits excellent durability concerning pressure-sensitive adhesive properties especially in high-humidity or high-temperature environments.
