The system can comprise a database from multiple data points to monitor and analyze cellular user experiences holistically. The system supplements conventional quality of service (QoS) metrics with user-side, application provider, and internet provider data, among other things. The data can be used to create highly granular service maps. The data can also be used in methods for analyzing and solving network issues, including slowdowns, dropped calls, and network availability are also disclosed. Improved analysis of network, user equipment (UE), and application issues can locate and solve QoE issues, improving cellular customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

    摘要: Telecommunication devices are described herein that are configured to establish a video call and adapt frame rates at which video and audio frames of the video call are transmitted. The telecommunication devices adapt frame rates based at least on uplink and downlink link qualities of each telecommunication device. By adapting the frame rates, the telecommunication devices engage in a real-time exchange of the video and audio frames of the video call. A server is also described herein that is configured to conditionally establish a video call between telecommunication devices, to determine link qualities of the telecommunication devices, and to adapt frame rates based at least on the link qualities.

    摘要: In some implementations, a telecommunications network can include a core network device communicatively connectable with user equipment (UE). The core network device can receive, via a network interface, an indication of a change to a user preference associated with the user device. The core network device can transmit a notification message including a pseudonymous identifier, the notification message based at least in part on the indication of the change. The UE can transmit, via a network interface, information of an account associated with the UE to a content provider. The information can include the pseudonymous identifier. The UE can then render content received from the content provider. The content provider can receive, via a network, the pseudonymous identifier and a request for content. The content provider can determine a quality setting associated with the pseudonymous identifier, and provide the content based at least in part on the quality setting.
