    摘要: Provided is a polyester film containing a lubricant having an average particle diameter of 0.001 to 2.5 µm in an amount of 0.01 to 5.0% by weight and suited for the lamination onto the surface that comes in contact with the contents, of an easy-open can cap. The polyester film has a plain orientation coefficient of 0.115 to 0.140, two or more endothermic peaks in DSC curve in the range of 170 to 270°C, a peak temperature of 60 to 120°C of a complex elastic modulus (E'') in water and an intrinsic viscosity of 0.50 to 0.64 dl/g. Having these features, the polyester film laminated onto a metal sheet is excellent in can-capping processability and in corrosion resistance even after holding at high temperature.

    摘要: A film to be laminated onto a metal plate and molded, which comprises the first copolyester comprising ethylene-2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylate as a main recurring unit or a blend of the first copolyester and the second copolyester comprising ethylene terephthalate as a main recurring unit.
    Both the first copolyester and the blend contain diethylene glycol in an amount of 0.05 to 8 mol%. This film has a small water extraction of 0.5 mg/inch 2 or less and a center line surface roughness (Ra) of 4 to 30 nm.
    This film is excellent in moldability, retort resistance and taste retainability, does not spoil the taste of a refreshing drink and is also satisfactory in terms of handling property.

    摘要: A biaxially oriented polyester film to be laminated onto a metal plate and molded, which comprises a copolyester, said copolyester comprising (a) terephthalic acid in an amount of 82 to 100 mol% or more and 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid or a combination of 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and other dicarboxylic acids in an amount of 0 to 18 mol% or less of the total of all dicarboxylic acid components and (b) ethylene glycol in an amount of 82 to 100 mol% or more and cyclohexanedimethanol or a combination of cyclohexanedimethanol and other diols in an amount of 0 to 18 mol% or less of the total of all diol components, and having (c) a glass transition temperature of 78°C or higher and (d) a melting point of 210 to 250°C. The said film has the following relationship between the highest peak temperature (Te, °C) of loss elastic modulus and the glass transition temperature (Tg, °C): Te - Tg ≦ 30, or its content of a free dicarboxylic acid diol ester is 50 ppm or less. The said film has improved flavor retention properties for its contents taste, particularly taste and flavor retention properties after a retort treatment, while retaining excellent moldability, heat resistance, impact resistance.
