    摘要: A yarn-twisting device (10) for twisting multifilament yarns comprises a yarn channel (20) and yarn guides (15, 16) arranged at a certain distance from the inlet and outlet of the yarn channel so as to press the yarn against the yarn channel when the compressed air supply is interrupted in such a way that the yarn in the yarn channel runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the latter and the straight sections of yarn between the inlet and outlet of the yarn channel and the yarn guides form an acute angle with the sections of the geometrical longitudinal axis of the yarn channel (20) located outside the yarn channel. In addition, the blowing angle of the blower nozzle is less than 90°. The maximum length of the yarn channel (20) is 40 mm for smooth yarns and 30 mm for textured yarns. The maximum distance between the yarn guides (15, 16) and the yarn channel (20) is 30 mm. Very high yarn feed speeds and excellent twisting of the yarn are achieved.

    摘要: Verwirbelungsvorrichtung (10) zum Verwirbeln von Multifilamentgarnen. Sie weist einen Garnkanal (20) auf. In Abständen von der Ein- und Austrittsmündung des Garnkanals sind Garnführer (15, 16) so angeordnet, daß durch sie das Garn bei abgestellter Druckluftzufuhr so an den Garnkanal angelegt wird, daß es sich im Garnkanal parallel zu dessen Längsrichtung erstreckt und die geraden Garnbereiche, die sich zwischen den Ein- und Austrittsmündungen des Garnkanales und den Garnführern befinden, unter spitzen Winkeln zu den außerhalb des Garnkanales befindlichen Bereichen der geometrischen Längsachse des Garnkanales (20) geneigt sind. Ferner ist der Blaswinkel der Blasdüse kleiner als 90°. Die Länge des Garnkanales (20) beträgt für glatte Garne maximal 40 mm und für texturierte Garne maximal 30 mm. Die Abstände der Garnführer (15, 16) vom Garnkanal (20) betragen maximal 30 mm. Es gelingen besonders hohe Garnvorschubgeschwindigkeiten und besonders gute Verwirbelung des Garnes.     摘要: The inventive device for intermingling multifilament yarns has a yarn channel in which the filaments of the multifilament yarn can be intermingled by means of a flow of medium emerging from an opening cross-section of a blast nozzle arrangement, especially flows of pressurised air. The opening cross-section of the blast nozzle arrangement is essentially symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the yarn channel. A particular blast nozzle arrangement (35) divides the flow of medium into a main flow and pairs of secondary flows. The main flow flows into the middle area (29) of the yarn channel (13), one of the secondary flows flows into one edge area (33) and the other secondary flow flows into the other edge area (33) of the yarn channel (13). The main (H) and secondary (N) flows are essentially oriented in the same direction.
