摘要： Disclosed herein is a syringe barrel (18) of a pre-filled syringe (10), including: a barrel main body (12) having a female luer (23) at its distal end; and a cap (14) that is detachably attached to the female luer (23). In a state where the cap (14) is fixed to the female luer (23) by engagement between a female-side fixing part (26) provided in the female luer (23) and a cap-side fixing part (44) provided in the cap (14), an insertion part (37) provided in the cap (14) is spaced apart from an inner periphery of the female luer (23), and a sealing part (39) provided in the cap (14) is in close contact with a distal end surface of the female luer (23) along an entire circumference of an opening (23b) of the female luer (23).
