摘要: The present invention is a process for preparing polyurethane polymers by extruding a free flowing liquid polyurethane (TLP). A TLP is prepared from a polyisocyanate and a polyol at low temperature. Elastomeric polyurethane polymers can be obtained from the TLP by a reactive extrusion process. Elastomeric polyurethane polymers thus obtained can be re-processed as a melt (melt processed) a number of times, and the polymer formed into various useful forms.

摘要: L'invention concerne une matière en polyuréthane thermoplastique qui est le produit de réaction de (1) un mélange de (a) 0,86 à 0,98 mole équivalent d'un diol de polyester ayant une masse moléculaire comprise entre 650 et 5000 et (b) 0,02 à 0,14 mole équivalent d'un diol de polyéther ayant une masse moléculaire comprise entre 2000 et 5000, et (2) d'un prolongateur de chaîne bifonctionnel avec (3) un diisocyanate organique. Ces matières de polyuréthane présentent une résistance élevée à des forces d'abrasion intenses tout en conservant des propriétés mécaniques voulues, et sont utiles pour la fabrication de semelles de chaussures, de chaussures de ski, de fixations de ski, de bande de manutention et d'écrans utilisés dans l'industrie minière et analogue.

摘要: Disclosed is an acid-functionalized polyurethane adduct and a process for the preparation of such adduct. The adduct having a linear or preferably branched structure comprises a plurality of internal urethane linkages and one or more terminal carboxylic acid groups per molecule. Such acid-functionalized polyurethane adducts find value in the manufacture of cross-linked aqueous rubber latexes such as might be used in paint compositions.

摘要: The present invention invention concerns a thermoplastic polyurethane material which is the reaction product of (1) a mixture of (a) 0.86 to 0.98 mole equivalent of a polyester diol having the molecular weight of from 650 to 5,000 and (b) 0.02 to 0.14 mole equivalent of a polyether diol having the molecular weight of from 2,000 to 5,000, and (2) a difunctional chain extender with (3) an organic diisocyanate. These polyurethane materials exhibit high resistance to severe abrasion forces while retaining desirable mechanical properties and are useful for the manufacture of shoe soles, ski boots, ski bindings, conveyor belts and screens used by mining industry and the like.
