摘要： The present invention is a process for preparing polyurethane polymers by extruding a free flowing liquid polyurethane (TLP). A TLP is prepared from a polyisocyanate and a polyol at low temperature. Elastomeric polyurethane polymers can be obtained from the TLP by a reactive extrusion process. Elastomeric polyurethane polymers thus obtained can be re-processed as a melt (melt processed) a number of times, and the polymer formed into various useful forms.

摘要： Disclosed is a process for preparing an open-celled rigid polyurethane foam by reacting a polyisocyanate with a polyol in the presence of a blowing agent, usually water, and a cell opening agent. The cell opening agent comprises a combination of a polyoxyalkylene polysiloxane having a cloud point of 65 °C or less, and a second substance that has a critical surface free energy of less than about 23mJ/m2. Highly preferred as second substance is fine particulate poly(tetrafluorethylene) polymer.

摘要： Disclosed is a urethane-based composition of value in surface coating applications, including treatment of glass or textiles, in adhesives and in the manufacture of a stabilized latex. The composition comprises a polyfunctional liquid urethane-containing adduct wherein said adduct contains as a first functional group at least one isocyanate moiety per molecule, and a second functional group per molecule which is not an isocyanate moiety and which is not reactive towards isocyanate functionality. The second functional group can comprise ester, nitrile, halogen, halocarbon, siloxyl, silyl, alkyne or alkene, or combinations of two or more thereof.
