摘要: To provide a rotary inertia mass damper, which is capable of reducing an axial reaction force that is generated due to vibration having an excessive acceleration to the extent possible when the vibration is input, and of preventing breakage of the damper itself or a construction, provided is a rotary inertia mass damper, including: a first coupling portion (10), which is fixed to a first structure; a second coupling portion (11), which is coupled to a second structure; a screw shaft (30), which has one axial end connected to the first coupling portion and retained so as to be non-rotatable; a fixed barrel (20), which has a hollow portion for receiving the screw shaft, and is connected to the second coupling portion; and a rotary body (40, 50, 60), which is retained so as to be freely rotatable relative to the fixed barrel, is threadedly engaged with the screw shaft, and is configured to reciprocally rotate in accordance with advancing and retreating movement of the screw shaft relative to the fixed barrel. A torque limiting member (3) is provided between an axial end of the screw shaft and the first coupling portion, and is configured to, when a rotational torque that exceeds a predetermined value is applied to the screw shaft, allow rotation of the screw shaft (30) relative to the first coupling portion (10) to reduce a rotation angle of the rotary body.

摘要: Provided is a vertical seismic isolation device, which enables smooth vertical movement of a movable frame on which an object subjected to seismic isolation is placed, and is small in size and weight and enables easy handling, the vertical seismic isolation device including: a fixed frame (2); a movable frame (3), which is arranged on the fixed frame; a support guide mechanism (4) which allows only vertical movement of the movable frame; and a restoration member (5) which maintains a constant distance between the movable frame (3) and the fixed frame (2). The support guide mechanism (4) includes: a track rail (40) which is provided on the fixed frame (2) ; a moving block (41), which is assembled to the track rail through intermediation of a large number of rolling elements; a support leg (42), which has one end coupled to the moving block and another end coupled to the movable frame (3), and is configured to convert vertical movement of the movable frame into a motion of the moving block (41); and an auxiliary leg (43), which has a length set to one-half of a length of the support leg (42), and has one end coupled to the support leg (42) at an intermediate position in a longitudinal direction of the support leg (42) and another end coupled to the fixed frame (2).

摘要: Provided is a screw motion mechanism capable of facilitating connection of an axial end of a threaded shaft with respect to a structural body while preventing a rotation of the threaded shaft, and capable of preventing application of an excessive torque to a nut member and the threaded shaft and preventing damage on those members. The screw motion mechanism includes: a threaded shaft (30) having an outer peripheral surface provided with a helical thread groove, the threaded shaft (30) having at least one axial end coupled to a first structural body; a nut member (40) held in a rotatable manner with respect to a second structural body which is movable in an axial direction of the threaded shaft with respect to the first structural body, the nut member (40) being threadedly engaged with the threaded shaft; and a spherical joint (32) for coupling the at least one axial end of the threaded shaft (30) to the first structural body, the spherical joint (32) including: a spherical portion (33, 61); and a sphere receiving portion (36, 60) for housing the spherical portion. When assuming an axial force applied to the threaded shaft (30) as a variable, a line of a rotational torque intersects with a line of a sliding torque in a graph, and the sliding torque exceeds the rotational torque under an initial state in which the axial force is not applied to the threaded shaft (30).
