    摘要: A method and a device for the sterilization and filling of a cup type container and a cup type container-packed beverage packed by the method. In the method, a first conveyor (2) carrying cup type containers (38) in an upside down state and a second conveyor (3) carrying the containers in an upright state on the downstream side of the first conveyor are disposed in one continuous aseptic chamber (1) linearly in a roughly same plane, a container feeder (7), a container sterilizing zone (10), and a container washing zone (11) are disposed in order along the first conveyor (2), a contents filling device (40), a cover material sealing device (41), and a sealed cup type container discharge device are disposed in order along the second conveyor (3), sterilization and washing are performed while the containers in the upside down state are carried by the first conveyor (2), the washed containers are inverted and transferred from the first conveyor to the second conveyor (3), and the filling of contents and the sealing of cover materials are performed on the second conveyor (3). Thus, the cup type containers can be stably inverted and transferred from the sterilizing and washing zones to filling and sealing zones in the aseptic chamber (1), and odor and the mixing of bacteria can be prevented from occurring.

    摘要: A method of sterilizing containers by using a peracetic acid-type sterilizing composition solution, wherein the sterilizing composition solution containing peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid and catalase as prepared in a circulating tank 1 is heated through a heating unit 3, fed to a sterilizing unit 4, and is recovered in the circulating tank 1 after it is used for the sterilization, wherein the catalase is added to the sterilizing composition solution in a circulating passage of after it was used for the sterilization but before it is fed to the heating unit. This makes it possible to suppress the catalase from losing its activity, to maintain the sterilizing power of the sterilizing composition solution, and to use the sterilizing composition solution in a circulating manner without cooling it saving, therefore, the heat energy providing advantage in economy.

    摘要: A method for producing contents filled in a container comprising steps of introducing a polyester container with a non-crystallized neck portion into a sterilized closed space having sterility and closed state on a commercial basis and comprising at least space in which a bottle sterilizing process is performed, space in which a filling process is performed and space in which a sealing process is performed, entire inner surface of said sterilized closed space and surface of an apparatus disposed in said sterilized closed space being sterilized by wet heating of the space using heated water and/or steam, at least the space in which the filling process is performed and the space in which the sealing process is performed being kept under a positive pressure by sterilized air; heating and sterilizing the container at least in its inner surface by wet heating using hot water and/or steam; and filling the contents in the sterilized container at a filling temperature within a temperature range from 40°C to a temperature less than glass transition temperature which is determined by moisture content of the container and then sealing the container.
