    摘要: A single-headed piston type swash-plate-operated refrigerant compressor is provided with a swash plate mounted on a rotatable drive shaft and having front and rear opposite surfaces, single headed pistons arranged on the rear side of the swash plate to reciprocate in respective cylinder bores, and front and rear shoes to be held in slide-contact with the peripheral parts of the front and rear surfaces of the swash plate to engage a tail end part of each of the single headed pistons with the swash plate in which the front and rear surfaces of the swash plate are provided with respective uppermost layers having physical surface properties different from one another. A front uppermost and a rear uppermost layer of the swash plate are formed of a sprayed coating of, for example, a copper-base material and the rear uppermost layer is coated by a solid lubricant layer containing a solid lubricant, such as molybdenum disulfide, at least in a part of the solid lubricant. The thickness of the solid lubricant layer is measured and controlled by using the surface of the front layer as a reference plane.

    A wet sliding layer (2,3) is formed by applying a film-forming material to a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) film (1), and is dried to be half-cured. Then the half-cured sliding layer is adhered to the preheated swash plate, and is transferred to the swash plate by pressing. The dried and fixed sliding layer is formed on the end surfaces (161,162) of the swash plate by peeling the PTFE film from it.

    摘要: A method for forming a metallic coating with a component of a compressor is proposed. A supplier body (40) supplies the coating (31A; 31B) to the component (10; 20A; 20B) such as a swash plate (10). The supplier (40) is made of a material softer than that of the swash plate (10). The supplier is urged against a portion of predetermined areas (30A; 30B) of the swash plate (10). The supplier (40) is brought to a relative movement with respect to the swash plate (10) along an extending direction of the predetermined area (30A; 30B), thereby the material is gradually separated from supplier (40) and supplied to the predetermined area (30A; 30B).

    摘要: The swash plate (10) of a compressor is coated on both surfaces, the skirt side contact surface (30A) receives the skirt side shoes (20A), and the opposite head side contact surface (30B) receives the head side shoes (20B). The coating applied on the skirt side contact surface is molybdenum disulphide, tungsten disulphide, graphite, boron nitride, antimony oxide, lead oxide, indium, tin or fluorocarbon resin applied by spray coating, roll coating or screen printing processes. The coating applied on the head side contact surface consists of two layers. The first layer (31B-1) consists of aluminium silicon alloy. The second layer (31B-2) applied on the first layer consists of a solid lubricant similar to the coating of the skirt side contact surface. Additionally, the head side contact surface may be roughened by shot blasting.

While the annular worked surface 30B of the swash plate 10 and an annular end 41 of the supply 40 are in a state of being separated and opposed, the swash plate 10 alone is rotated to produce a relative rotation between the supply 40 and the swash plate. Part of the metallic material is transferred to the swash plate 10 from the supply 40 to form a film on the worked surface 30B by pressure welding, for a predetermined time, the end 41 of the supply to the worked surface 30B of the swash plate, the rotation of which is maintained.

    摘要: The durability of a coating layer formed on the sliding surface between two members of a compressor, and the sliding contact between the two members, is kept excellent over a long period of time. In a peripheral portion 10d of a swash plate 10, a pair of shoes 20 are connected to the swash plate 10 while intervening between the swash plate 10 and a piston 8. Both the swash plate 10 and the shoes 20 are formed from an iron series material. A film 23 is formed on both surfaces 22 of the peripheral portion 10d of the swash plate 10, and the shoes 20 slide on the film 23 on the swash plate 10. The film 23 is a coating layer formed from a resin containing metallic particles. The particle size of the metallic particles is larger than the thickness of the film 23 (e.g., from 10 to 100 µm), and the surface of the film 23 is made smooth by polishing. The resin functioning as a binder of the metallic particles is formed from, for example, a polyimide resin.
