摘要: The present invention provides an arginase activity measurement method that easily and conveniently measures arginase activity with high sensitivity. The arginase activity measurement method includes a step of adding a sample including arginase and a solution including a divalent cation to a reaction vessel, and thereby activating arginase; a step of adding an arginine solution to the sample including the activated arginase, and performing an enzyme-substrate reaction; and a step of adding an acidic solution including a urea detection reagent and having a pH of from 1.0 to 4.0 to the sample subjected to the enzyme-substrate reaction, and simultaneously performing deactivation of enzyme and a urea detection reaction.
