摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet having improved scratch resistance under high load conditions. A decorative sheet of the present embodiment includes: a primary film layer (7); a transparent resin layer (1); and a surface protective layer (4), laminated in this order, wherein the surface protective layer (4) is formed of a plurality of layers, a layer of the surface protective layer (4) located on an outermost surface is a surface protective layer (4a), and a layer underlying the surface protective layer (4a) is a second surface protective layer (4b), the surface protective layer (4a) includes one or more ionizing radiation-curable resins having an erosion rate E in a range of 0.10 µm/g or more and 0.45 µm/g or less, and one or more thermosetting resins having an erosion rate E in a range of 0.30 µm/g or more and 0.6 µm/g or less, the erosion rate E being measured by using polygonal alumina powder having an average particle size (D50) of 1.2 µm, and a mass ratio between the ionizing radiation-curable resin and the thermosetting resin (ionizing radiation-curable resin/thermosetting resin) is 95/5 to 40/60.

The transparent resin layer (3) contains a low crystalline polypropylene resin added thereto in the range of 0.1 part by mass or more and 20 parts by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the highly crystalline polypropylene resin, the low crystalline polypropylene resin having a tensile modulus in the range of 25 MPa or more and 500 MPa or less.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet excellent in post-processability and usable for flame-retardant application. A decorative sheet (1) according to one aspect of the present invention includes a plurality of resin layers. At least one layer of the resin layers is formed of a uniaxially stretched resin sheet (3) or a biaxially stretched resin sheet (3) constituted of a thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition is produced by adding an inorganic pigment vesicle to a polyolefin-based resin. The inorganic pigment vesicle is produced by including an inorganic pigment in a vesicle having a monolayer outer membrane. The uniaxially stretched resin sheet (3) and the biaxially stretched resin sheet (3) have a value of a dichroic ratio R of R ≥ 0.3. The value is calculated from absorbance peak values at a wave number of 997 (±5) cm -1 of an infrared absorption spectrum in a direction parallel to an extrusion direction during film manufacturing and an infrared absorption spectrum in a direction perpendicular to the extrusion direction during the film manufacturing obtained by a polarized Fourier type infrared spectroscopy measurement using the following Formula (1).
