摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing a sintered body that uses atmospheric pressure sintering in an atmospheric atmosphere and allows the time required for sintering to be reduced. Even with this manufacturing method, the sintered body obtained can have a color tone visually equivalent to that of a sintered body obtained using atmospheric pressure sintering that requires 5 hours or longer.
The method for manufacturing a sintered body includes the step of subjecting a sintered body of zirconia containing a coloring element to heat treatment at 600°C or higher and 1200°C or lower.

摘要： To provide a zirconia sintered body which has at least two different color tones such as white and black, and which has no color bleeding or no gap between sintered bodies. A zirconia sintered body comprising a first zirconia sintered body and a second zirconia sintered body, characterized in that the first zirconia sintered body is a zirconia sintered body containing aluminum oxide; the second zirconia sintered body is a zirconia sintered body containing a spinel oxide; a bonding plane is formed between the first zirconia sintered body and the second zirconia sintered body; and it has no gap or no color bleeding at the bonding plane.

The zirconia sintered body does not exhibit a color derived from ceria and exhibits high impact resistance. The sintered body comprises zirconia and germanium oxide, the zirconia containing a stabilizing element, wherein Y/X is 0.35 or greater, and X+Y is 4.0 or less, where X is an amount of the stabilizing element in the zirconia expressed in mol%, and Y is an amount of the germanium oxide in the zirconia expressed in mol%.
