摘要: It is provided an insulating substrate including through holes for conductors arranged in the insulating substrate. A thickness of the insulating substrate is 25 to 100 µ m, and a diameter of the through hole is 20 to 100 µ m. The insulating substrate includes a main body part and exposed regions exposed to the through holes and is composed an alumina sintered body. A relative density of the alumina sintered body is 99.5 percent or higher. The alumina sintered body has a purity of 99.9 percent or higher, and has an average grain size of 3 to 6 µ m in said main body part. Alumina grains are plate-shaped in the exposed region and the plate-shaped alumina grains have an average length of 8 to 25 µ m.

摘要: There are provided an accessory member capable of suppression of adhesion of dirt to its surface, and easy removal of adherent dirt, as well as to provide an accessory comprising the accessory member. An accessory member includes a sintered ceramic body, a kurtosis Rku derived from a surface roughness curve of an outer surface of the sintered ceramic body falling in a range of 0.5 or more and 2.5 or less. In this case, since the sintered ceramic body has many rounded asperities at its outer surface, it is possible to suppress adhesion of dirt to the outer surface, as well as to remove adherent dirt with ease.

摘要: An oxide superconductor of an arrangement includes an oxide superconductor layer having a continuous Perovskite structure including rare earth elements, barium (Ba), and copper (Cu). The rare earth elements include a first element which is praseodymium, at least one second element selected from the group consisting of neodymium, samarium, europium, and gadolinium, at least one third element selected from the group consisting of yttrium, terbium, dysprosium, and holmium, and at least one fourth element selected from the group consisting of erbium, thulium, ytterbium, and lutetium. When the number of atoms of the first element is N(PA), the number of atoms of the second element is N(SA), and the number of atoms of the fourth element is N(CA), 1.5 × (N(PA) + N(SA)) ‰¤ N(CA) or 2 × (N(CA) - N(PA)) ‰¤ N(SA) is satisfied.

摘要: A corrosion-resistant component configured for use with a semiconductor processing reactor, the corrosion-resistant component comprising: a) a ceramic insulating substrate; and, b) a corrosion-resistant non-porous layer associated with the ceramic insulating substrate, the corrosion-resistant non-porous layer having a composition comprising at least 15% by weight of a rare earth compound based on total weight of the corrosion-resistant non-porous layer; and, the corrosion-resistant non-porous layer characterized by a microstructure substantially devoid of microcracks and fissures, and having an average grain size of at least about 100 nm and at most about 100 μm. Assemblies including corrosion-resistant components and methods of making are also disclosed.

[Means for Solution] The spherical aluminum nitride powder is produced by reductively nitriding a mixture of 100 parts by mass of an alumina or an alumina hydrate, 0.5 to 30 parts by mass of a rare earth metal compound and 38 to 46 parts by mass of a carbon powder at a temperature of 1620 to 1900°C for not less than 2 hours.

摘要: A semiconductor ceramic of the present invention includes a Ba m TiO 3 -based composition, as a main component, having a perovskite structure represented by general formula A m BO 3 , wherein part of Ba constituting an A site is replaced with Na, Bi, Ca, and a rare-earth element having an ionic radius smaller than that of the Na; the content of the rare-earth element when the total number of moles of the elements constituting the A site is 1 mole is 0.0005 to 0.015 on a molar ratio basis; and the content of the Ca when the total number of moles of the elements constituting the A site is 1 mole is 0.05 to 0.20 (preferably 0.125 or more and 0.175 or less) on a molar ratio basis. A PTC thermistor includes a component body 1 formed of the semiconductor ceramic. Accordingly, high reliability is achieved even if an alkali metal element is contained.

摘要: This is to provide a cubic boron nitride sintered body and a coated cubic boron nitride sintered body in which tool life thereof is elongated by improving wear resistance. Provided is a cBN sintered body comprising cBN with 40% by volume or more and 85% by volume or less, a binder phase with 15% by volume or more and 60% by volume or less and inevitable impurities, wherein the binder phase comprises an Al compound comprising an Al element and at least one element selected from N, O and B, and a Zr compound comprising a Zr element and at least one element selected from C, N, O and B, the Zr compound comprises ZrO, or ZrO and ZrO 2 , and in an X-ray diffraction, when an peak intensity of a (111) plane of the ZrO was represented as I 1 , an peak intensity of a (101) plane of tetragonal ZrO 2 was represented as I 2t and an peak intensity of a (111) plane of cubic ZrO 2 was represented as I 2c , then a ratio of the intensity of I 1 based on the total intensities of I 1 , I 2t and I 2c is 0.6 or more and 1.0 or less, and an average grain size of the Al compound is 80 nm or more and 300 nm or less.
