摘要： The invention relates to antibodies specific to human CK8 and to pharmaceutical compositions for preventing and treating colorectal cancers. The invention also relates to methods for identifying colorectal cancers with an invasive and/or metastatic phenotype including detecting the cleavage of the C-terminal portion of human CK8 on the surface of tumour cells.
