摘要: The invention relates to a new method of identifying differentiation into neutrophils of human promyelocytic leukaemia HL-60 cell line, which is an in vitro model of hematopoietic cells, which involves calculating the ratio of the band intensities characteristic of cytochrome, lipids and MitoBADY reporter, which signal, together with the integrated intensities of lipids and cytochrome bands present in the Raman spectra of living cells, allows for distinguishing between differentiated and undifferentiated cells. The method used in the embodiments to measure the intensity ratio of these bands is Raman spectroscopy.

摘要: A method of identifying the ALL molecular subtype with rearrangements within the KMT2A gene was disclosed, which consists in measuring the ratio of the intensity of the Raman 1040/1008 cm-1 Raman bands in leukemia cells (lymphoblasts) isolated from the peripheral blood (when blastosis >90%) or bone marrow of patients during the diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and fixed with an aldehyde reagent.
