The compounds of this invention have a strong CNS activity and are useful fortreating disturbance of consciousness in schizophrenia and head injury, hypobulia and memory loss. The compounds may be made by reacting an acid or or a reactive derivative thereof with the appropriate amine or a reactive derivative thereof.
