Generally, by selecting a semi-aromatic polyamide resin having a specific repeating unit, and enabling the crystallization peak width at half maximum ΔT1/2 to be 4-11°C, the whiteness to be less than 26.5, the reflectivity under a 460 nm light source to be less than 6% etc., the semi-aromatic polyamide molding composite material has the advantages of reduced blue light, high contrast ratio and high gray scale, and can meet requirements for the packaging process and long-term reliability. The package product can be used for manufacturing high-contrast LED display screen light source refection supports for use in multiple environments.

摘要: Disclosed are a polypropylene composite material capable of cracking at a low temperature, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The polypropylene composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-75 parts of special polypropylene A, 3-10 parts of special polypropylene B, 15-30 parts of a filler, 2-10 parts of a special toughening agent, 15-25 parts of a toughening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a lubricant, 0.1-0.3 part of a photo stabilizer, and 0.2-0.6 part of an antioxidant, wherein the special toughening agent comprises ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and a metallocene ethylene-propylene copolymer. The polypropylene composite material that is capable of cracking at a low temperature and has good rigidity is prepared by using the special polypropylene A, the special polypropylene B, and the special toughening agent in combination with the normal filler and the normal toughening agent, and the polypropylene composite material has a wide application prospect (for example, in automotive interior parts such as a bare column capable of cracking at a low temperature).

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide (PA) composite, including the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 50 parts of an aliphatic PA, 10 to 30 parts of an aromatic PA, 20 to 30 parts of a halogen-free flame retardant, 10 to 50 parts of a glass fiber, 1 to 5 parts of a char-forming agent, and 0 to 5 parts of an additive, where the aromatic PA is at least one selected from the group consisting of PA66/6T, PA MXD6, and PA6T/6I and the char-forming agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol (DPE) and tripentaerythritol (TPE). In the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite of the present disclosure, the aromatic PA itself has high-temperature resistance and aging resistance and exhibits a synergistic effect with a dense carbon layer formed by the char-forming agent during aging, such that the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite has excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and flame retardation. In addition, the present disclosure discloses a preparation method of the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite.

摘要: The present invention discloses a PBS resin composition and a preparation method thereof. The PBS resin composition comprises the following components: a. PBS resin; b. element titanium; c. element phosphorus, wherein a range of a weight ratio of the element titanium to the element phosphorus is 0.6-10:1, preferably 0.7-4:1, and more preferably 1.25-1.5:1. A weight content of the element titanium is 20-200 ppm, and a weight content of the element phosphorus is 15-70 ppm. By adding a titanium-containing compound and a phosphorus-containing compound and controlling the range of the weight ratio of the element titanium to the element phosphorus in the PBS resin composition to be 0.6-10:1, the present invention obtains a PBS resin composition. After treating in a 95°C-distilled water bath for 12 hours and drying at 90°C for 3 hours, a change of the melt flow index of the PBS resin composition is less than 50.0 g/lOmin, and the PBS resin composition possesses an obviously improved hydrolysis property.

By adjusting the length and content distribution of the reinforcing fibers in the formulas of reinforced polypropylene material, greatly retaining the length of reinforcing fibers in the reinforced polypropylene material, and by combining a specific amount of low-hardness colorant powder and supplementing with a specific amount of compatilizer, the obtained reinforced polypropylene material would have obviously improved low-temperature tenacity and long-term weathering resistance.
