摘要: A temperature regulating valve, comprising a valve body (1) in which a cavity (10) is provided, an end cover assembly, and a thermal actuator (2) and a first spring (31) that are mounted in the cavity (10). The valve body (1) is in communication with the outside by means of at least three ports; the thermal actuator (2) comprises an ejector rod (24) and a main body (22); one end of the thermal actuator (2) abuts against or is supported on the end of the first spring (31) proximate to the thermal actuator (2), and the other end of the thermal actuator (2) is limited to the end cover assembly. Moreover, the cavity (10) of the temperature regulating valve is further provided with a guide fitting part (21b) which comprises at least two protrusions (211), a recess (212) disposed between adjacent protrusions (211), and a ring-shaped part (210) of an approximate ring structure; the guide fitting part (21b) matches an inner wall of the cavity in a sliding manner, and/or the guide fitting part (21b) matches the thermal actuator (2) in a sliding manner. The temperature regulating valve has a simple structure, and the operation of the thermal actuator is more stable and reliable.

摘要: A heat exchanger, comprising a temperature control assembly and a heat exchange assembly. A heat exchange channel is formed within the heat exchange assembly. An annular protrusion is provided on an inner wall of the valve cavity. The first valve port is formed at a middle portion of the annular protrusion. The first valve port is in communication with the gap and the second valve port. The valve body is provided with a valve core and a drive component therein. The valve core is cylindrical, and has a sliding fit with the inner wall of the valve cavity. The drive component is in cooperation with the first valve port. The valve core can use a peripheral wall thereof to block the second valve port. The drive component can block the first valve port. When the second valve port is blocked, the first valve port is open.

摘要: Disclosed is a thermostatic valve, comprising an end cap (30), a valve body (10), and a valve core (40) located in a valve chamber (10a) of the valve body, wherein the thermostatic valve has a first outlet (101), a second outlet (104), a first inlet (103) communicating with the valve chamber, a first valve port (B) communicating with the valve chamber and the second outlet, and a second valve port (A) communicating with the valve chamber and the first outlet; and the valve chamber is further provided with a return spring (202) and a memory spring (201). When the temperature rises to a specified value, the memory spring produces an elastic force to drive the valve core to move overcoming the return force, shutting the first valve port. The valve body or valve core or end cap are provided with an initial position and an operating position, and at least one end of the memory spring is located at the initial position. When the temperature rises to a specified value, the memory spring deforms such that the rear end can disengage from the initial position and be kept in the operating position. The memory spring has a faster response time and can immediately switch to another flow path. The thermostatic valve is small in volume; and by means of providing the initial position and the operating position, a relevant device can be filled with a medium via the first outlet in an initial state.
