    摘要： The invention relates to a plastic dowel (10) serving as an anchor in bore holes in plates (40) and in hollow building materials and as an anchor in bore holes in solid building materials. The plastic dowel (10) comprises an expanding area (18) which can be opened out/buckled by compressing to the side. In order to prevent an expansion screw (48) from being torn out of the plastic dowel (10) when compressing the expanding area (18), the invention provides a screw-in element (30) which has a perforated disc (32) and which is placed on a front end of the plastic dowel (10) in a manner that is elastic and slanted with regard to the radial plane. The inclination and elastic placement of the screw-in element enables the perforated disc (32) to automatically adjust to a diameter of the screwed-in expansion screw (48) and is engaged with the same in a secured manner.

If a borehole becomes enlarged, in order to achieve further expansion, an anchor sleeve (12) is configured for the expansion anchor (10), comprising a peripheral groove as an extensible point and/or predetermined separation point (18) which allows an axial extension and/or a separation of the anchor sleeve (12). A rear section of the anchor sleeve (12), together with the adjusting screw therein and the expansion body (14) can be axially displaced in relation to a front section of the anchor sleeve (12), using the extensible and/or predetermined separation point (18). The expansion body (14) is thereby drawn deeper into the front section of the anchor sleeve (12), further expanding said anchor sleeve.
