摘要： Methods and devices for manufacturing a stuffed product having twisted portions, including: discharging a content from a stuffing tube (3) and stuffing the content in a casing (5), moving a stuffed casing (7) in a content discharging direction, applying an adhesive (21) to the entire part of the stuffed casing (7) or to the outer periphery of the portion of the stuffed casing (7) forming a twisted portion (7a), squeezing the start position of the twisted portion (7a), and forming the twisted portion (7a) having the adhesive (21) applied thereto by the rotation of the stuffed casing (7) having the adhesive (21) applied thereto. The methods and devices are capable of eliminating the application of the adhesive agent to the stuffed casing after the formation of the twisted portion (7a), and manufacturing the stuffed product with the twisted portions which are not untwisted continuously at high rate.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing sausages or the like including: a nozzle (2) for stuffing a material such as a meat emulsion into a casing for sausages or the like; a pump (1) for supplying the material into the nozzle; a chuck (34) for rotating the casing stuffed by the nozzle; and a linking device (5) for clamping the stuffed casing discharged from the chuck and forming the casing stuffed with the material into the form of a chain in cooperation with the chuck. A motor (9) for rotatively driving the pump, a motor (12) for rotatively driving the chuck, and a motor (17) for rotatively driving the linking device are provided separately and independently of each other, and the numbers of revolutions of the pump, the chuck, and the linking device rotatively driven by the respective motors are individually changeable.
