A digital Phase Locked Loop (PLL) in a wireless communication system is provided. The PLL includes a Digitally Controlled Oscillator (DCO), a divider, a Phase Frequency Detector (PFD), a Time to Digital Converter (TDC), a delay comparator, and a level scaler. The DCO generates a frequency signal depending on an input Digital Tuning Word (DTW). The divider divides the frequency signal at an integer ratio. The PFD generates a signal representing a phase difference between a divided frequency signal and a reference signal. The TDC measures a time interval of the phase difference using the signal representing the phase difference. The delay comparator calculates a time interval in the case where rising edges coincide from values measured by the TDC. The level scaler generates a DTW that operates the DCO using a digital code representing the time interval.

The present invention relates to a new use of Hades as a tumor suppressor target, more particularly to a composition for suppressing tumor comprising an expression or action inhibitor of Hades protein having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 as an effective ingredient. The present inventors have found that the overexpressed Hades protein interacts with p53 to inhibit the exonuclear mechanism of p53 and the knowdown of Hades induces increase in the expression of p53, demonstrating that Hades is a negative regulator to p53. Therefore, it would be understood that the inhibition of Hades overexpressed in tumor cells contributes to tumor-supressive effects of p53. The drug candidates capable of modulating the expression of the Hades protein, inhibiting the actions of the Hades protein or inhibiting interecation between Hades and p53 are considered a promising anticancer drug.

The present invention relates to a recombinant baculovirus comprising: (a) a nucleotide sequence encoding a foreign virus envelope protein; (b) a first promoter operatively linked to the envelope-encoding nucleotide sequence; (c) a nucleotide sequence encoding an antigen protein; and (d) a second promoter operatively linked to the antigen-encoding nucleotide sequence; and a vaccine composition using the same. The recombinant baculovirus of the present invention has an excellent efficacy on both humoral and cellular immune responses against a specific antigen ( e.g ., HPV L1), enabling to function as a more efficient DNA vaccine.

The present invention relates to a force rebalance control system and method using an automatic gain control loop, which are configured to perform the force rebalance feedback control of a vibratory gyroscope using the automatic gain control loop for controlling the velocity signal of a mass body. Accordingly, the present invention is advantageous in that a conventional digital circuit, which is complicated and sensitive to noise, can be implemented using a simple analog circuit, and the present invention can be extended and applied to general-purpose vibratory gyroscopes or various sensor fields, such as those of an inertial sensor, a pressure sensor, and a temperature sensor, as well as micro-gyroscopes. Further, a force rebalance control system using an automatic gain control loop according to the present invention is applied to various sensors, thus improving performance, such as the dynamic range, bandwidth, and linearity of the sensors.
