摘要： The present invention relates to a composite panel, and a method of producing the composite panel. According to the present invention, the composite panel is comprised of more than one layer of wood-based material (1, 3) and at least two functional layers (2, 4, 5), and at least one functional layer (2, 4, 5) is arranged in at least one space between two layers of wood-based material, and the functional layer is chosen from the following group: a sound-proof layer, a thermal insulation layer, a moisture-barrier layer, a reinforcement layer and a flame-proof layer, and combinations thereof, and the layers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) are stacked one upon the other in a predetermined order, and layers of adhesive (6) are arranged between the layers in order to attach the layers to each other, and the layers are compressed together by using a single compression. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method of producing the composite panel and use of the composite panel as building material and/or protective material.

摘要： The use as a casting bed of a wood object which is prepared by treating the wood object with an agent that increases the hydrophobicity of wood, and which agent is capable of reacting with the hydroxyl groups of wood. The agent that increases the hydrophobicity is particularly alkyl ketene dimer or alkenyl diketene dimer, which is brought onto the surface of the wood object in a molten state or in the form of a dispersion. When the agent reacts with the wood it also adheres to the cells of the wood, and is not flushed out into the environment.

摘要： The present concerns a method for coating inflexible board type and predominantly wooden products (1) with a thermoplastic polymer. The method comprises extruding a molten thermoplastic polymer (T) from a die gap (2) for a molten coating film (4), which is conducted onto a product top surface of the coatable product across a line pressure point (13). The die gap lies at a distance (Q) from the line pressure point (13). The method further comprises allowing said molten coating film (4) to be in surface contact with a product top surface (5y), said surface contact being sustained by means of a surface compression generated by a static and/or dynamic pressure load (P) from a flowing medium (G) and directed towards the top surface (5y), and allowing said flowing medium to cool the coating film (4) of thermoplastic polymer from molten form to solid form while sustaining the surface compression generated by said static and/or dynamic pressure load (P).
