The present invention relates to non-edible collagen casings for food products which do not have to be soaked in water or brine just before stuffing (ready-to-stuff casings), and the method for preparing them. More specifically, the invention refers to a preparation of a stabilized longlife non-edible collagen casing ready-to-stuff comprising a moisture amount between 27% and 50% by weight based on total casing weight and a salt amount between 2,5% and 30% by weight based on dry casing weight, wherein the salt comprises a salt from an organic acid and wherein the casing is packed.

The present invention belongs to the field of cryopreservation of cells and tissue cultures, more specifically it refers to a method for the cryopreservation and long term storage of cells, cell constructs or three-dimensional complex tissues assemblies. The methods are based on the use of a collagen cell carrier having a specific composition as well as to a very specific thickness and appropriate mechanical properties which are maintained after thawing. The use of such collagen cell carrier (CCC) provides a very suitable support for the cryopreservation resulting in very high survival rates after thawing and providing cells and tissue assemblies already adhered to a mechanically stable and biocompatible support. The invention also refers to the frozen collagen carrier-cells assembly and to the frozen artificial cell constructs or three-dimensional complex tissue assemblies obtainable by the method of the invention and to the use thereof after thawing.

Said tubular film comprises an inner layer made from a hot-sealing polyolefin and/or modified polyolefin, a core layer made from polyolefin and an outer layer made from at least one polyamide, whereby a further layer made from polyolefin and/or modified polyolefin is arranged between the inner layer and the core layer and between the core layer and the outer layer.

The inventive flat film has two weldable surface layers made of at least one copolyamide and at least one amorphous polyamide and/or at least one homopolyamide and/or at least one modified polyolefin, and is produce by laminating at least two single-layered or multilayered and, optionally, biaxially drawn flat films.
