    摘要: The invention relates to a device for producing corrugated pipes made of plastic. Said pipes have nominal diameters of less than 10 mm. The device consists of an extrusion device (2), a vertically oriented extrusion die (7) and a vertically oriented corrugator (8) with a vertical die cavity (35). The extrusion die (7) is provided with a nozzle that is configured in a relatively short manner in the axial direction thereof and has an annular gap (70). The extrusion die is arranged in such a way that the annular gap (70) is arranged outside the die cavity (35) and is spaced apart from the upper inflow side of the front end pertaining to the die cavity (35).

    摘要: The invention relates to a facility (10) for manufacturing multilayered composite tubes (116). Said facility has (10) a metal strip unwinding device (44), a metal strip storing device (48) connected to the unwinding device (44), a metal strip shaping device (36) connected to the storing device (48), an extruder station (12) connected to the metal strip shaping device (36) and a cooling device (50) connected to the extruder station (12). The metal strip shaping device (36) is used to shape the metal strips (38) unwound by the unwinding device (44) into a metal tube with overlapping longitudinal edges, which are welded in a welding station (32) provided in the extruder station (12) to form the metal tube. The metal tube is adhesive coated with a plastic lining and a plastic coating in the extruder station (12). The composite tube thus manufactured is then cooled to ambient temperature in the cooling device (50).

    摘要: The invention relates to a device (10) for producing a corrugated pipe (12) which can be opened in the longitudinal direction and closed again. To this end the corrugated pipe (12) is provided with a hooked profile (40) and a barbed profile (42) which both extend along in the length of the corrugated pipe (12). The device (10) comprises an extrusion die (14) and a corrugator (16) having first and second split-mould halves (18, 20) which along a common moulding line (22) constitute a moulding channel (32) for the corrugated pipe (12) to be produced. The first split-mould halves (18) are each provided with a radially stepped longitudinal cavity (48) presenting a first cavity (50) and an adjacent second cavity (52). The first cavity (50) serves to form the hooked profile (40) while the second cavity (52) receives an insert (54) which on its inner face (56) has a longitudinal channel (58) along which the barbed profile (42) is configured. The extrusion die (14) comprises a mandrel (78) with a plug (82). The plug (82) is advantageously configured such that it has a first raised part (92) which is assigned to the first cavity (50) and a second raised part (94) which is assigned to the longitudinal channel (58).

The molding cheek halves (12) consist of a material of a relatively small specific weight, having a thermal expansion coefficient (αB), which is high in comparison with the thermal expansion coefficient (αA) of the material for the supporting members (34) and the guiding and sliding elements (56). Nonetheless, in order to ensure a tight contact of the molding cheek halves (12), they exhibit a longitudinal extent (B) in the direction of the molding segment, which at the operational temperature (T) of the molding cheek halves (12) is as great as that of the supporting members (34) and that of the guiding and sliding elements (56).
