    摘要： Bei einer Dämpfungseinrichtung (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2), in dem ein Kolben (3) an einer in dem Gehäuse (2) abgestützten Hülse (4) axial beweglich gehalten ist, und der zwei Druckräume (6, 7), die mit einem Medium (8) gefüllt sind, voneinander trennt und abdichtet; mit mindestens einer aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausgeführten und an dem Kolben (3) angebrachten Kolbenstange (5), die von außen mit einer Betätigungskraft (F) beaufschlagbar ist, mit einer in der Hülse (4) eingearbeiteten Zuleitung (9), durch die das Medium (8) im Belastungszustand von einem Druckraum (7) in den anderen Druckraum (6) gelangt, und mit einer in dem Kolben (3) vorgesehenen Ableitung (10), durch die die beiden Druckräume (6, 7) miteinander verbunden sind und die im Belastungszustand mittels eines Ventils (16) verschlossen und im Entlastungszustand geöffnet ist, soll die Dämpfungseinrichtung (1) einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar sowie unkompliziert bedienbar sein.
    Dies ist dadurch erreicht, dass in der Hülse (4) ein Stellglied (12) angeordnet ist, dass das Stellglied (12) eine schiefe Ebene (13) aufweist, die im Bereich der Eintrittsöffnung (11) der Zuleitung (9) angeordnet ist, dass das Stellglied (12) um die eigene Längsachse (18) verdrehbar in der Hülse (4) gelagert ist, und dass das Stellglied (12) mit Hilfe eines Betätigungs-Magneten (22), der von außen auf das Gehäuse (2) aufgesetzt ist, bewegbar ist.

The elastic device comprises a pocket (14) made of a fabric, and an elastic member (18), the elastic member is arranged within said pocket, the pocket is attached to adjacent pockets whereby the attachment (32, 32') is formed so that adjacent elastic devices may move independently from one another along a distance (A), as measured from a free end of the elastic device and in a direction perpendicular to the plate member. The holding arrangement comprises a connecting portion (26) and a holding member (22), which is connected to the at least one elastic device via the connecting portion, such that the at least one elastic member is compressed and relaxed over its entire length during movement of the plate element in a respective direction, wherein the connecting portions are arranged on a straight line, which extends through the centre of two or more attached elastic devices.
