Abstract:
The invention relates to food industry and may be applied as a device for heat treatment of food products. The claimed barbecue spit comprises bearing rod and at least one reinforcing frame on which a grill net is fixed; the latter is configured to keep the product during the rotation of a barbecue spit. A grill net is made of separate meshed elements placed on both sides of a reinforcing frame, at least one meshed element is bended outward. The invention allows to design a barbecue spit of an extended length and with high cooking performance and versatility of cooked products.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a baking working method of an electric oven, applied to the oven for driving a barbecue fork rotating shaft to rotate food to be baked by a motor, comprising the following steps: S1, measuring the period T 0 when a barbecue fork is unloaded; S2, fixing the food onto the barbecue fork, and measuring the period T 1 when the barbecue fork is loaded; S3, calculating the weight M 1 of the food on the barbecue fork, M 1 = ( T 1 lT 0 ) 2 *M 0 , wherein M 0 is the default weight when the barbecue fork is unloaded; S4, setting the baking time and/or temperature according to the food weight M 1 . According to the present invention, the weight of loaded food is calculated by detecting the periods when the barbecue fork rotating shaft is unloaded and loaded, and the weighing of the food is realized while the mounting is simple, so that the baking time and temperature are reasonably set, the electric oven is preferably self-adaptive to food with different weights, and automatic cooking of the food is realized.
Abstract:
A rotisserie having a first support structure with a rotisserie motor affixed thereto, the rotisserie motor having a receptacle for receiving a spit rod. A second support structure defines a slot for receiving the spit rod. The first and second support structures are mounted to side shelves on a grill on opposite sides of a cooking grate. The side shelves each define at least one mounting aperture for retaining the support structures in upright positions.
Abstract:
The invention is a cooking apparatus which comprises an external carcass (10) enclosing a casing (20) to define a cooking chamber (21), and within the said cooking chamber (21) a revolving grill (40) comprising a lower grill (41) and an upper grill (42) each with at least one grill bar, fitted with a bearing and capable of revolving on its own axis. A cooking apparatus containing a connecting element (50) which is adapted to fit to at least one grill bar each (43) located on the lower grill (41) and the upper grill (42), in order to permit the lower grill (41) and the upper grill (42) to be connected in a detachable fashion.
Abstract:
Abstract:
Equipment for cooking barbecue food (10, 10', 10"), comprising at least one stove (40, 40a, 40', 40") provided in a bench (11) with flat surface (11.3), characterized in that said at least one stove (40, 40a, 40', 40") comprises: at least one combustion chamber (41) at least one cooking chamber (42, 42a) substantially above said at least one combustion chamber (41) and comprising: at least two opposite vertical walls/partitions (11.1, 11.4, 18.1, 18.2), extending upwards relative to said flat surface (11.3) and which delimit at least partly the same cooking chamber around at least one respective pit (16), means (21.2, 26) for supporting in a demountable manner a cooking utensil (30, 30a) in the form of a spit, grill or the like, arranged according to a longitudinal horizontal axis (Y-Y), in proximity of the top part of said at least one cooking chamber (42, 42a).
Abstract:
The invention generally provides a roasting machine, which could roast both the food that need to be rotated upon roasting and the food that needn't to be rotated while roasting. The roasting machine is provided with a housing for supporting and protecting the roasting cab and roasting pipe, a roasting plate for baking and heating various foods which must be continuously rotated so that it could be evenly heated. A drive unit is used to drive the roasting pipe to rotate. The roasting machine could be used to bake two kinds of food. Since the roasting plate is removable, accordingly, on the one hand, when the roasting plate is placed on the roasting pipe, the food which needn't to be continuously rotated could be roasted. On the other hand, when the roasting plate is removed, the food which must be continuously rotated, such as sausage, could be heated by roasting pipe.
Abstract:
A rotisserie oven (400) includes a heat source (411), a conveyor, a number of attachment devices (414) fixed to the conveyor and each holding a food-supporting device adjacent the heat source while being conveyed therepast by the conveyor. The oven further includes a respective turning device (410) attached to each attachment device for rotating each food-supporting device as it is conveyed past the heat source, and a release mechanism (413) adjacent the conveyor and engaging each food-supporting device to dispense food from the oven as the attachment devices pass the release mechanism in use. The conveyor is formed as a pair of parallel plates (403) between which the food-supporting devices are suspended, each plate being fixed upon a central shaft (404) so as to rotate thereabout.
