Im chirurgischen Bereich werden Instrumente eingesetzt, um das Innere von lebenden Organismen zu untersuchen und/oder für operative Eingriffe zu nutzen. Dazu gehören auch chirurgische Instrumente zum Abbinden oder anderweitigem Zusammendrücken von röhren-, bzw. schlauchförmigen Körperteilen, vorzugsweise von Blutgefäßen. Das erfindungsgemäße chirurgische Instrument betrifft eine solche parallel fassende und klemmende Gefäßklemme, die mit Kupplungselementen ausgestattet ist, welche eine Kombination aus einer bekannten lösbaren Bedieneinrichtung und einem Betätigungswerkzeug ermöglicht, um die Zugangsöffnung im Thorax von störenden Instrumenten freizuhalten. Bei dem parallel fassenden und klemmenden Arbeitsmittel der erfinderischen Gefäßklemme wird auf die bekannten scherenartigen Mittel verzichtet, und es erfolgt eine parallele Verstellung des Arbeitsmittels mit Hilfe eines erfindungsgemäßen Hebelgetriebes. Das Hebelgetriebe wird aus einem feststehenden Hebel, ausgebildet als Körperelement und mehreren beweglichen Hebeln, bestehend aus einem Zug- und Druckelement, einer Schub-Zug-Stange, zwei Kniehebeln, zwei Schwenkarmen und zwei beweglichen Branchen, gebildet. Das Hebelgetriebe verfügt über neun Achsen und wandelt eine lineare Antriebsbewegung zur Verstellung des Arbeitsmittels in eine drehbewegliche um, wodurch die beiden beweglichen Branchen, im Wesentlichen parallel aufeinander zu und voneinander weg verschiebbar sind.

The graspers may be configured for insertion into the patient during a minimally-invasive procedure, such as a laparoscopic operation. The graspers may be configured to releasably connect to tissue. In some embodiments, the grasper may comprise a clip, a clamp, a suction device, a coil, or the like, and may be configured to connect to any suitable tissue. Delivery devices may be configured to releasably engage a grasper to deliver the grasper, remove it from the patient, or reposition it. The delivery devices may additionally be configured to actuate the grasper to attach it to tissue and/or detach it from tissue. The magnetic control elements may be configured to be positioned externally of the body to move, reposition, and/or hold the grasper.
