摘要: A method (800) for concurrent use of multiple heart rate estimation techniques, the method comprising: providing (802) a plurality of heart rate estimators for estimating a heart rate, each one of the plurality of heart rate estimators optimized for one of a number of predetermined measurement contexts for measuring the heart rate with a wearable physiological monitor; providing (804) a plurality of probability estimators, each one of the plurality of probability estimators corresponding to one of the plurality of heart rate estimators, and each one of the plurality of probability estimators providing a likelihood that a corresponding heart rate estimator is accurately estimating the heart rate based on a single physiological signal from the wearable physiological monitor; acquiring (806) the physiological signal from the wearable physiological monitor over an interval having segments; for the physiological signal for each segment of the interval, assigning (808) one or more selected ones of the plurality of heart rate estimators to the segment according to the likelihood of accurately estimating the heart rate in the segment; and providing (810) a heart rate signal over the interval based upon the physiological signal and the selected ones of the plurality of heart rate estimators.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device, system and method for detection of pulse and/or pulse-related information of a patient. To allow a single site solution, which is more robust to motion artefacts and arrhythmias, the device comprises an accelerometer signal input (51) configured to obtain an accelerometer signal acquired by an accelerometer sensor arranged at the patient's skin, a pulse signal input (52) configured to obtain a pulse-related signal of the patient, a patient information input (53) configured to obtain patient information, a model unit (54) configured to generate a model of accelerometer-based pulse palpation from the pulse-related signal using said patient information and context information indicating the context of the acquisition of the accelerometer signal, a feature extraction unit (56) configured to extract one or more features from the accelerometer signal using the generated model and/or from the pulse-related signal, and a detection unit (57) configured to detect the pulse and/or pulse-related information of the patient from the one or more extracted features.

摘要: A data processing device (100, 200) determines heart rate information regarding a subject of interest (605) from time- dependent sensor data (110) that includes physiological sensor data (114) comprising a heart beat component and at least one motion artifact component, and that further includes motion sensor data (116). A reconstruction unit receives artifact-removed physiological sensor data (130) and decomposes it into a plurality of artifact- removed physiological sensor data components (145) with associated component amplitudes, and provides reconstructed heart beat component data (150) as a combination of a component subset of at least two of the artifact-removed physiological sensor data components (145) of highest component amplitudes. A beat analysis unit receives the reconstructed heart beat component data (150) and determines an interbeat interval from the heart beat component data (150) as the heart rate information, and provides a heart rate information signal (170) based on the determined heart rate information.

摘要: Disclosed is a scanning monitoring apparatus for medical imaging, the scanning monitoring apparatus comprising a controller unit and a display, wherein the controller unit during a scanning session is configured to obtain tracking data (102) of a subject in a medical scanner, obtain scanner data indicative of operating parameters of the medical scanner (104); determine an output of a verification function based on the tracking data and the scanner data (106); and control the scanning monitoring apparatus according to the output of the verification function (108). A notification signal may be provided if the output is indicative of an erroneous scanning.
