摘要:
The present disclosure is directed, in part, to a nonwoven substrate comprising one or more layers of fibers. The nonwoven substrate has a specific surface area in the range of about 0.5m2/g to about 5m2/g.
摘要:
The present disclosure is directed, in part, to a method of forming an absorbent article. The method comprises providing a nonwoven substrate comprising a plurality of fibers. At least some of the plurality of fibers comprise a plurality of fibrils extending outwardly from a surface of the fibers. The fibrils comprise a lipid ester having a melting point greater than 35° C. The method comprises incorporating the nonwoven substrate into the absorbent article.
摘要:
A method of applying structural elements to an absorbent article, said absorbent article comprising a top sheet and a back sheet, where expandable ink is applied to the top sheet, and the expandable ink is activated, whereby three-dimensional structural elements are obtained on the top sheet; an absorbent article comprising a top sheet provided with structural elements, where the structural elements consist of expandable ink that has been applied to the top sheet and has been subsequently activated to form three-dimensional structural elements; and the use of an expandable ink to provide structural element to a top sheet of an absorbent article.
摘要:
The present invention is a process and the respective equipment for the manufacture of shaped articles, such as disposable absorbent articles, which have a three dimensional shape, or which comprise closed belt-like structures such as hoops in the leg and/or waist opening. The articles can be produced at high production speeds out of conventional web materials (100, 1010) , and can be designed to a wide variety of designs for improved dynamic fit, leakage performance and wearer's comfort.
摘要:
An absorptive article (1) has a liquid pervious top sheet (11), a liquid impervious back sheet (12), and an absorptive body (13) placed between the sheets. A swell means (3) extending in the longitudinal direction of the article is provided between the top sheet (11) and the back sheet (12). The top sheet (11) has a first adhesion region (11a) adhered to the swell means (3), second adhesion regions (11d) adhered to the vicinities of opposite edges of the absorptive article, and a non-adhesion region (11b, 11c) located between the first adhesion region and each of the second adhesion regions. A large number of curved wrinkles, particularly oblique wrinkles lying from the first adhesion region (11a) toward the opposite edges, are formed in the non-adhesion regions (11b, 11c).
