    摘要: A label paper processing apparatus is provided which can meet with a requirement for production of a large variety and small lots of label products, such as not to impose a large burden on manufacture of the products in terms of cost and delivery time therefor, which facilitates controlling in half-cutting of label paper and in which feeding label paper to travel can easily be controlled.
    The apparatus comprises a paper supply means 3, a digital printing means 4, a laser processing means 5 and a pair of loop forming means 8 disposed between the paper supply means 3 and the digital printing means 4 and between the digital printing means 4 and the laser processing means 5, respectively, each forming a loop of the label paper. The digital printing means 4 is used to print a print image and a cutting locus, thereby meeting with a requirement for production of a large variety of and small lots of label products, thereby not to impose a large burden on a manufacturer in terms of cost and delivery time therefor. The laser processing means 5 is designed to half-cut the printed label paper and to form cutouts of a shape along the printed cutting locus with a laser beam irradiated so as to scan and trace the printed cutting locus, thereby facilitating control in half-cutting of label paper. The loop forming means 8 designed to form a loop of the label paper which is held substantially constant all the time makes it simplified to control feeding the label paper to travel.
